Estimate Prep Call
There are hundreds of metal roofing options — system, panel, color, fastener type, accessories, financing. The first call is short. We narrow down the options that fit your home, confirm a few details about your roof, and prep your estimate properly before the next call.
Short phone call. We narrow the options and confirm what we need to build your estimate.
Estimate Review Call
20–30 minutes by phone. We walk through your prepared estimate together — pricing, the final options, financing, warranty coverage. You decide on the final picks on this call. The written estimate is sent at the end of the call. Not a 2-hour kitchen-table sales pitch — 20–30 focused minutes.
20–30 minutes, not 2 hours. No song & dance discounts. No sales pressure. Written estimate sent to you at the end of the call.
Permit + Materials Ordered
We pull the permit, order your panels in the color you chose, schedule the dumpster, and confirm your start date. We notify your HOA if needed.
You hear from us during this stretch. No going dark between signed estimate and install.
Install
The crew arrives at the time we said. Old roof comes off, deck gets inspected, underlayment goes down, panels and flashing get installed, ridge vent goes on, site gets cleaned. Our production manager is on-site at every key stage of the install — verifying flashing, fasteners, ridge venting, and finish details before we move forward.

Final Walkthrough
We walk the roof with you. You see what was installed and why. You get your transferable lifetime material warranty plus the system-specific workmanship warranty (50-year on standing seam, 40-year on stone-coated, 15-year on exposed-fastener with screw maintenance at year 15) in writing. You meet the person to call if anything ever needs attention.
Photo-documented penetrations and flashings. Transferable lifetime material warranty + the system-specific workmanship warranty for your roof handed to you on-site.
Process Is The Structural Fix
I've sat with the inside of this industry — industry reports of unfilled jobs and unpaid warranty work, homeowners whose warranty texts went ignored for weeks, jobs sold in the living room before anyone had actually looked at the deck. The pattern was almost always the same: skipped steps early, surprises later.
Two calls before we touch the roof. A permit. Same lead crew on your install — no daily swaps. A walkthrough where you actually meet the person to call. That's the fix, and it's built into how we run every single job.
