Yes — and it's how we do every estimate. The first call (Estimate Prep Call) is short — we narrow the options that fit your home and confirm a few details so we can prep your estimate. The second call (Estimate Review Call) is 20–30 minutes by phone, where we walk through your prepared estimate, you decide on the final picks, and the written estimate is sent at the end of the call. Not a 2-hour kitchen-table sales pitch. No one needs to be at your house until install day.
